The average ticket for an onsite service performed by the "big-box"
retailers is $175 to perform ONE service! Most charge additional
fees for extra services that they "suggest".
The average labor cost for other
smaller vendors is $99 for EACH hour of work performed. Some of
these vendors charge additional fees for performing other specific
tasks.
Our standard onsite labor rate is
$75 for the first hour and $40 for each additional hour during
regular business hours. For service calls after 5PM on weekdays and
for weekend hours, the rate is $100 for the first hour and $50 each
additional. If we have to replace parts on your PC, there will be a
charge for those parts but unlike other vendors, we do not "up
charge"
for parts.

It is our number
one priority to perform all of our work 100% correctly within the
first hour! 80% of our jobs
take one hour or less. If we finish up a few minutes after the first
hour, the charge is just one hour flat. If there are still major tasks to
perform at the end of the first hour, we will consult with you and
proceed at your discretion. While we are performing a time consuming
software project such as a virus removal or system restore, we will
consult with you during the process to enhance your knowledge of how
to keep your system running. While we fix your system, we will give
you the information you need to keep your system running. There is no down time for us!
